Built around your operation.
We start inside the workflow, prove the system against your historical results, and deploy it on ONC9 technology in our cloud or yours.
What we deploy.
Operational workflows
Systems that read incoming work, decide where it belongs, take the routine actions, and send uncertain cases to the right person. Inbox routing, RFQ handling, bid responses, dispatch logic, and the work that lives between systems. All logged and reversible.
Operational workspace
One live record across contracts, messages, approvals, invoices, and active work, built around how each person actually operates. Your team works from it, leadership sees the operation as it changes, and every number carries its source and approval history.
Bespoke systems
For operational problems that fit no existing product: complex quoting, scheduling, reporting, procurement, or decision-making workflows. We build the system around the job, connect it to the tools you already use, and prove it against past cases before it takes over.
How an engagement runs.
01. Discover
We document how the operation works today and establish the numbers the system must match. The people doing the work are interviewed one-on-one; their decisions become the specification.
02. Prove
We test the proposed system against historical cases before asking you to commit to production deployment. You see a measurable result on your own operation, not a generic demonstration.
03. Deploy
The system enters shadow mode first, then takes over in stages as it clears the agreed performance bar. Every action is logged, uncertain cases go to a person, and off-ramps remain in place.
04. Operate
ONC9 monitors the live system, improves the underlying technology, and works with your team as the operation changes. Production is the beginning of the operating relationship, not the handoff at the end.
How engagements are structured.
Start with proof
Discovery and validation begin as a defined, fixed-fee engagement. We map the operation, set the performance bar, and test the approach against real historical data before a production build is committed.
Build and deploy
Once the system proves itself, implementation, deployment, and operating terms are agreed for production. Every production deployment includes a license to ONC9 technology. The structure reflects where the system runs, how it will be maintained, and whether source access is required.
Operate and improve
ONC9 can manage hosting, monitoring, updates, and ongoing improvement, or deploy inside your environment under the operating model agreed with your IT team. Third-party infrastructure and model costs are stated separately.
Clear ownership
You retain ownership of your data, records, existing systems, branding, and company-specific materials. ONC9 retains ownership of its platform, software, architecture, and reusable improvements. Your proposal states the deployment location, license, source-access provisions, maintenance responsibilities, and exit arrangements before production work begins.
Validation before authority
The system is backtested offline and then runs in shadow mode before it receives production authority. If it cannot clear the agreed bar, it does not take over. If performance changes after rollout, affected work returns to human review.
Confidentiality and security
NDAs welcome. Deployment options include your cloud or ours. Per-region data residency where required. A vendor packet is available on request. See security for more.
Contracting
Engagements are contracted through ONC9 LLC, a Wyoming entity. USD invoicing.
Bring the workflow that’s eating the most time.
